Our fees are within the customary range for the area and reflect the level of care you will receive. We will bill office visits to insurance companies that we have a prior arrangement with. For all other insurances, we will provide an itemized receipt to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. If we have not signed a contract to participate with your insurance company, you may be responsible for a large deductible, co-pay or even the entire bill. We suggest you contact your benefits office or insurance company to be familiar with what your covered benefits are.

For your convenience, cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit are accepted. Payments and co-pays are expected at the time of service. Please remember, your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Regardless of what your insurance company pays, the ultimate responsibility for your charges rest with you.
